Spray painting my helmet?

I want to spray paint my lacrosse helmet. I've looked into it, and it seems that auto paint that comes in a spray can will work best, but that's pretty expensive. What other types of spray paints would work well on the plastic surface? It needs to be something that can take a lot of contact (obviously being a helmet) and not chip off. I want a matte color, and does that mean that both the actual color and finish would have to be matte? If you have any advice, please let me know.

Best external hardware for css gaming?

I am starting to get into css more seriously and I need advice on what stuff to buy to aid my css gaming. At the moment I have a 19 inch hanns g monitor with 75hz refresh rate, mx518, a generic keyboard, razer goliathus alpha mousemat and steelseries 5hv2 headset. I am soon going to buy the creative fatal1ty titanium pro series sound card so I will be able to use 5.1 headsets. I was considering the steelseries 7h, the roccat kave 5.1, the sennheiser 350/360/515 and the medusa speedlink 5.1. For mice I was considering the logitech g5 or the razer deathadder. For keyboards maybe one of the saitek cyborgs or eclipses or the razer black widow. And im not sure about mouse mats. I was set on the 2233rz for a monitor though because I don't care about 1080p but I want 120hz. Thanks for any answers.

Whats wrong with my Achilles HELP?

i was doing round offs ( onto a mat.) and i didnt notice it hurt untill 10 minutes later when i was walking on it..it doesnt hurt? its just uncomfortable and stretches whenever i walk on it..no swelling or bruising. i put ice on it. will it be better tommorow if i continue icing it?

I recently watched Fast Five. I was very surprised to see Han as part of the crew, considering he died 2 movies ago in Tokyo Drift. I'm obviously a little confused about this. If anyone has an answer I would really like to know!
