What influence have China had on the Japan?

I feel if any is is bad the Japanese hate the Chinese and the Chinese hate the Japanese. It is wrong for them to hate the people when it is the Government that has done the things that have turned the people against each other. The Japanese invaded China and killed many people and the school books in Japan do not talk about it and for this reason the hate grows.
