Spray painting my helmet?

I want to spray paint my lacrosse helmet. I've looked into it, and it seems that auto paint that comes in a spray can will work best, but that's pretty expensive. What other types of spray paints would work well on the plastic surface? It needs to be something that can take a lot of contact (obviously being a helmet) and not chip off. I want a matte color, and does that mean that both the actual color and finish would have to be matte? If you have any advice, please let me know.

Saturday there's a fall festival in my hometown. Everyone(including leashed pets) are welcome! We have a 14 week old shepherd mix puppy and a year old black lab great dane mix. It's already gonna be my husband, my year and a half old son, and myself. My husband will be pulling the wagon so I can hold only 1 leash (can't do a coupler cuz my labx would drag my shepherdx) I'm thinking we'd be walking too much for my puppy but I'd feel like he felt left out being left at home.. I don't think Armando(puppy) would ride in the wagon, he'd probably jump out and get hurt. But I don't think Duff should stay at home again because he LOVES people and dogs.

Hi i had a rubber ducky theme shower also which i organized myself. Ok i had on the main table was a diapercake which had all ducky stuff clothing booties onesies bibs etc this wa given to me by a friend. I also ad rubber duckies scattered around the table. Since it was to long tables together on one end i had a tub that i got at michaels with blueberry koolaid nd shebert icecream on top to make it seem like bubbles and duckies floating. It looked really cute. U can get the recipe online. I also had a ducky cake and cupcakes with duckies on top. On evey guest table on small tubs we had blueberry jello with marshmallows on top and 3 ducky chocalates that i personally made myself. As for plates n cups white forks yellow tableloth yellow napkins yellow n white. Balloons on both ends i had ducky balloons with yellow white balloons also every guest table had a rubber ducky tied with 2 balloons. Does anybody know what he uses in his hair to get it to stay like that? I currently use an Axe thing, and my hair is about the same length and I wear it the same way as he did. Can anybody help me on how to preserve a VERY cute charcoal drawing done for me of myself & my family?

Hi. Thank you to anybody that can help me with this. History: About 8 years ago when I was at a fair in Arlington, TX my husband, myself & my two adorable boys had a charcoal sketch done for us free of charge. It is known as a "Butt Sketch", meaning that it is sketched from the backside as opposed to the front side. Details: It's pretty large in size (approx. 18 x 24). Since it was done, I've just had it "preserved" in between 2 pieces of cardboard (collapsed moving box) & taped. The sketch itself is starting to smear & the paper (sketch paper, I assume) is starting to curl so I most definitely don't want to totally lose it. The Point: I can't afford to have it professionally "fixed". How do I "fix" it myself within a budget that works? Matte it, etc. Any help would be MOST appreciated!!!

Best home workout routine?

I have been doing my own home workout routine for the last 2 months for about 4 days a week but I am wanting to know what different or better techniques I can use to bulk up faster. I am only 60kg (132lbs) and I am 172cm in height, I am also 18 years old. I feel as though I am too skinny and look too weak so I would like to bulk up a bit, so please don't laugh at my workout routine as like I said, I do think I am fairly weak. I am wanting to work on my pecs, thighs, abs and biceps, but I do not want to go to the gym, I would just like to workout at home. My current routine is 80 15kg dumbell reps on each arm (split up into 20's on each arm), 200 cross armed sit-ups (split up into 100) and 40 lunges on each leg (split up into 20's, I know that isn't much but my legs are really weak). I currently don't have a pec building routine but I would like to start one, I just don't know what techniques would work best at home. I don't really have any equipment, all I have is a sit-up mat and dumbbells and weights.

Why is my 6 month old so WHINY?

My husband and I is so tired of hearing whining, I am about to start myself. Anyone got a clue of why a 6 month old would whine so much? I got into a car accident, should i go to the hospital?

Suggestions to drain black lab's energy?

I have a 10 month old lab/dane mix named Duff and I also have a 14week old shepherd mix named Armando. Before we got Armando, we took Duff for looooong walks (3-4miles a night) and that worked just fine for him. So i got a new desk. its a great desk but...its cheap so it gets water damage, i didn't really think about this when i bought it but now its kinda of a problem. As you may already now by reading the question/tittle i draw on it and also water color on it ...and im kind off messy when im working on my stuff ( i cant help it). So im wondering what i can use as a drawing mat to put on top of my desk as to not keep damaging it. I have used maybelline dream matte powder for about two months now. I notice a difference in the oiliness of my skin. It stays matte longer. I really, REALLY reccomend this. :) Also if you really want to stay matte longer you should invest in a makeup setting spray. They only are sold online or at sephora/ulta though. You could try the skindanavia one for oily skin, but i thought it was a waste of money when I could buy the urban decay one for oily skin (which is made by skindanavia) for $10 less. Omg, I will never go anywhere again without putting it on! Haha. You just spray 3-4 sprays before you put on your makeup and then after! Hope I helped! (:

I've read Into the Wild. It's a good book. I chose to read it from my reading list because it was short (like 200 pages) and the most modern one on my list. (this takes place in Edmunds Middle School) I ran out from the gym to the stairs after Ethan. But the only problem with the air conditioner, is it will prevent you from sweating, and sweating makes you lose weight/tone/muscle/whatever your condition is faster. Age 14....oily skin and big pores!?

My face tends to get oily after a couple of hours of washing. I use blotting papers regularly but I want my face to stay matte for a long time! I use oil free moisturiser on my skin then apply loose powder on my face, hoping it would help stay less oily (i don't want to use compact powder because I don't want people to know I'm wearing makeup and I don't want it to appear cakey and clog my pores). Pores on my nose and the area around my nose are very big (well pretty noticeable). Large pores make me feel unconfident so that's why I use a concealer. I want a product that could help reduce the appearance or something. I heard that Estee Lauder has a good one but its way too pricey! Please recommend a product that would help oily skin (like powder, but no foundation or bb cream please) and large pores. Thank you!

This is all done because you are a human don't worry if he is your boss or your junior. Just because he yells at everybody it doesn't mean you yell at him back. How commonly are lumps misdiagnosed as lipomas?

I can relate. A few months ago, I too had an abdominal mass. I saw my Oncologist and he ordered an ultrasound then told me it was a lipoma. Then he said sebaceous cysts. He couldn't feel a core, which means it would have been the cysts, so he determined it was a lipoma. Yeah, I know that feeling, but I trust my Oncologist without question. Maybe I'm being naive but this man saved my life. I don't believe after proper testing, they make mistakes. The evidence is in the ultrasounds, or MRI. It's scary, but trust your doctor and as always, if it makes you wonder still, then get another opinion. I believe in second opinions. That's how I found my Oncologist. Good luck. Lipomas are not cancer.

Best home workout routine?

I have been doing my own home workout routine for the last 2 months for about 4 days a week but I am wanting to know what different or better techniques I can use to bulk up faster. I am only 60kg (132lbs) and I am 172cm in height, I am also 18 years old. I feel as though I am too skinny and look too weak so I would like to bulk up a bit, so please don't laugh at my workout routine as like I said, I do think I am fairly weak. I am wanting to work on my pecs, thighs, abs and biceps, but I do not want to go to the gym, I would just like to workout at home. My current routine is 80 15kg dumbell reps on each arm (split up into 20's on each arm), 200 cross armed sit-ups (split up into 100) and 40 lunges on each leg (split up into 20's, I know that isn't much but my legs are really weak). I currently don't have a pec building routine but I would like to start one, I just don't know what techniques would work best at home. I don't really have any equipment, all I have is a sit-up mat and dumbbells and weights.

Overly interactive neighbor or am I overreacting?

I apologize for the length of this yet wanted to provide enough detail so that your opinions could be formed to help me determine if I'm just overreacting or if the neighbor is crossing the line. Here goes: I have recently and only temporarily moved in to my boyfriends house and everything is fabulous, except for one of his neighbors. I have expressed feelings of discomfort to my boyfriend and while he agrees that his neighbor is crazy, he is too nice of a guy to really say anything. For the past 4 years my boyfriend has lived next door to a family of 4. There is a husband, wife, daughter and son. At some point the wife confided in my boyfriend that her husband is crazy and she and the kids are planning on moving out once the youngest, her son, graduates high school. Over time she continues to give him little nuggets of info about her crazy husband and periodically brings baked goods and bakes treats for our dogs, though her family has no pets. In the past six months she has brought over more than 50 name brand shirts from a designer outlet store for my boyfriend. Following her sons recent graduation her husband was out of town for a few nights. In his absence, she allowed her son to throw a big pool party, complete with underage drinking. At one point, close to midnight, she came over asking to borrow some ice and when my boyfriend explained he doesn't have an ice maker, we use trays, she asked to borrow a couple. When there was a possible threat of cops coming to her house to break up the party,she rounded up all the trash and put the cans next to our trashcans in front of his garage. The next day she sent my boyfriend a text and then stopped by to tell my boyfriend what was going on, and to give him another bag of polo shirts. He ensured her he wouldn't mention it to her husband and thanked her for the shirts. Although I am clearly home all day, she does not come over unless he is home. We have only had a few interchanges and she gave me a couple dresses, which I followed up with a thank you card and personal thanks. She seems to dart from her car to the front door when I'm around and it makes me wonder why she seems to avoid me and then comes over multiple times a day when my boyfriend is around. When we decided to leave some clothes we were going to donate on top of a shopping bag full of clothes she left at the front door, to try and send her the hint, she moved the bag so that it was directly in front of the door on the welcome mat and then took the bag from the new phone book that was on the step and hung it from the doorknob with a box of turnovers. I'm trying my best to ignore her and to maintain the neighborly relationship between my boyfriend and his neighbors but I can't help but feel uncomfortable by her constant gifts, unsolicited advice, unsolicited and detailed personal information, and frequent interruptions. We've tried to ignore her when she rings the bell but she just calls, texts or comes back later at all hours of night/day. When my boyfriend and I talk about it I feel terrible because he can't control her actions and yet I feel like something needs to be said or things will continue to be weird. He is under the impression that she's just crazy but harmless. I find it odd that a middle aged woman thinks discussing her marital issues with her twenty-something neighbor is acceptable. I can't help but shake the feeling that there are some deeper issues going on with this family and I'd rather they not involve myself or my boyfriend. I want to be respectful and ensure that the relationship with the neighbors remains friendly, and at the same time feel like this lady is overstepping her neighborly boundaries and taking advantage of my boyfriends kindness. Her most recent gifts include nutritional weight loss drinks, bars and supplements because she remembered his mother saying he was trying to slim down. She was also kind enough to drop off the dvd explaining the pyramid process and how he can supplement his income by selling the products. Ok, 8 years ago i rescued my dog from a local no kill rescue. She is very sweet and i also rescued another little girl who decided to escape and this rescue group found her so i had to go to the place where this woman keep all the dogs. I bought a book from kaplan. The practice exams have 120 questions. How do I convert the percentage I get right into an approximate scaled score? I know that 20 questions are supposed to be experimental (which is why I want the percentage) and I know that diagnostic exams aren't normalized like the real exam, blah, blah blah. So please don't tell me that it is impossible to predict. For example about what percent do I need to get right in order to get a 450? a 425? a 475? Did i astral project and why did i finally succeed?

Im 18 years old( just thought i should include that). A while ago for a couple of weeks i kept practicing astral projection. I didnt really have much success but i did learn how to induce sleep paralysis. Whenever i attempted astral projection I would always go into sleep para;ysis and from that point i would either fail, see weird entities, and sometimes i would be able to get my hans out of my body but thats it, and sometimes when i really kept focussing i would for some reason see an image of myself. ANyway i gave up on astral projecting for a few months but for some reason early in the morning i had sleep paralysis and i decided i might as well give it a shot since im under sleep paralysis. So i tried it and i succeeded i felt my spirit or whatever it is lift out of my body and go to the side of my bed where i wanted it to. Everything looked really blurry and it felt dreamlike but im prett sure i succeeded. After a few seconds i started freaking out and i was immediatly pushed back into my body and i was completly awake. Does anybody have any oppinions on this and should i try it again. And why did i finally succeed out of random. Another thing i could see part of myself when i astral projected and for some reason i was a black see through color ( Im refering to my soul not my body cause i never turned around to look at it, actually i dont think i had much controll over my soul it was rather strange.
