Armando Montelongo Workshop--Scam?? Please Help!?

Last month I saw an Info-commercial on Armando Montelongos seminars. It was hear in my city so I decided to go (I mustve been crazy that day) So I went..everything sounded good..bout the workshop they offered for $1,497( yea i know! crazzy of me) I never do this type of thing and Now i know why! I called to cancel because after I googled there were nothing but BAD reviews. So A guy by the name of "Nate" called me back said, no problem and gave me a refund code. The only thing I had to do is mail back the material. I did exactly that. Today I called to check on refund and they're telling me that i'm not even in their system as a buyer! ..not only that but that they Dont even work with Armando and havent for years!! whaaat?!....Has anyone gone through this and has been successful in getting your money back? if so PLEASE HELP! I want to try everything Possible before I get lawyers involved. THank you
