Bare Minerals customize get started kit...?

This is like the 100th bare minerals question ive asked.. Buut is the Bare minerals customize get started kit or whatever good? Is it worth the 60$ or should i just get the bare minerals matte foundation be itself?? I have really fair skin so would the bare minerals warmth be too dark? or would it be good? What is the mineral veil supposed to do ? Is the matte better than the original? What are the best brushes?
