Kenshiro vs Juri han?

Kenshiro most likely as he has moves that can kill you in one hit and then there is the dreaded Musou Tensei. Not to mention Kenshiro is faster as he can dodge bullets, probablly making him supersonic while not counting aim dodging, unless Juri han has better speed feats.? Not many fighting video game characters can hang with anime/manga characters, especially street fighter.
