When will Umpires and the rest of the MLB use instant replay and finally make correct calls?

First they gotta hire Umps that have a clear vision of what's going on on the field to at least get a close call. The calls the umps are making are not even close. There's a lot that has to happen before they incorporate instant replay on more than the possibly home run call. Even then, like last night, the call was wrong.
